In the role of Implementation Consultant at Siteworx.be, you will be instrumental in the intersection of IT and business. This role demands a unique blend of skills to effectively implement HubSpot software for our clients, streamlining their marketing, sales, and service processes.

• Master HubSpot and its configuration.
• Analyze and restructure clients' marketing, sales, customer service processes, and IT systems.
• Lead HubSpot implementation and client onboarding.
• Handle standard integrations (like Salesforce, Zoom) and migrations from platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Provide second-line support for client queries.
• Train clients in HubSpot CRM, and Marketing, Sales & Service Hubs.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication abilities.
• Insight into the role of data and processes within organizations.
• Independent, problem-solving mindset.

Hard Skills:

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Familiarity with modern SaaS tools/IT systems, particularly HubSpot.
• Proficiency in digital tools for business enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Keen interest in HubSpot.
• Background in ICT, Media, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
