You're applying for the role of Implementation Consultant at Siteworx.be.

This position is at the intersection of IT and business, requiring a blend of skills to successfully implement HubSpot software for our clients.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients' marketing, service, and sales processes through HubSpot, contributing to their overall success.

• Become an expert in HubSpot and its setup.
• Analyze clients' marketing, sales, customer service processes, and IT infrastructure.
• Translate these insights into seamless HubSpot software configurations.
• Lead the implementation process and client onboarding.
• Implement standard integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom) and perform migrations from tools like Mailchimp.
• Serve as a second-line helpdesk for client inquiries.
• Train clients in the effective use of HubSpot’s CRM and Marketing, Sales & Service Hubs.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of the impact of data and processes in organizations.
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Affinity with modern SaaS tools/IT systems like HubSpot.
• Competency in digital tools and their application in business facilitation.

Qualifications:

• Eager to learn everything about HubSpot.
• ICT and Media or related field of study is a plus but not required

• Compensation: A competitive salary between €2,500 and €4,500 per month (based on knowledge and experience) for a 40-hour workweek.
